The song is Broda Shaggi’s second single of the year following his previous releases “Ori”.

As a result, Shi is a Yoruba word which literally means ‘Open

8. Zlatan Ibile – This Year

Alleluyah Boiz Entertainment frontier, Zlatan Ibile released yet another single which he titled This Year.

Zlatan is one of the most featured act currently in the industry and he is not done yet as he releases back to back hit.

On this tune, he said he will continue to make money ‘This Year’ while others are sleeping.

In addition, the song was produced by Rexxie and mixed and mastered by Spyritmyx.

7. DJ Tunez – Gbese Ft Wizkid, Blaq Jerzee

Star Boy’s official Disk Jockey, DJ Tunez is on our list again with Gbese.

In this tune, he linked up with Star Boy himself, Wizkid and Producer Blaq Jerzee who also produced the single.

6. Oladips – Places (feat. Mayorkun)

Oladips finally came through with the much anticipated single titled Places featuring Mayor of Lagos, Mayorkun.

The song is a prayer song, which was produced by Amazing Sleek and mixed and mastered by Jakim.

Also, It comes after the audio and visual to “Vain”  which was released few weeks ago.

5. Runtown – Emotions

Soundgod Music boss, Runtown dropped a single titled Emotions few days to the release of his Ep.

As the title suggests, “Emotions” is a lovely-dovey tune that finds the singer in his feelings over a love interest.

On the infectious Spellz-produced instrumental, Runtown was unabashedly vulnerable as he repeatedly pledge to give it his all to the girl that has caught his heart.

4. Naira Marley – Am I A Yahoo Boy (feat. Zlatan Ibile)

After much controversy, Naira Marley decided to release the most anticipated single titled Am I A Yahoo Boy featuring Zlatan Ibile.

The song is currently number one on ITunes world, it was produced by Rexxie and mixed and mastered by popular sound engineer Spyritmyx.

3. Victor AD – Emoji

SJW Entertainments, Victor AD released another hit song titled Emoji.

In the song he talks about the effect of fake life lived on social media, it portrays how people hide their real feelings using the emoji during social media conversations.

Emoji was produced by popular producer, TeeY Mix.

2. Runtown – Tradition

Runtown takes the number second spot on the list with his song titled Tradition off his EP.

1. Barry Jhay – Oluwa

Cash Nation Entertainment recording artiste, Barry Jhay is taking our number one spot with the new banger he dropped titled ‘Oluwa’; a follow up to ‘Mo Le Jo’.

The talented singer employed the production service of Puffy Tee to deliver the soul-soothing song.

Barry Jhay who had a stellar outing last year with his smash “Aiye”, wrapped up 2018 with a double ‘Normal Level’ and ‘Go Down’.
