Top 5 Songs Of The Week

We are back again to give you the top 5 trending songs released last week.

As you may have known already, Lil Kesh took the top spot with Nkan Be featuring DMW sensational singer, Mayorkun.

Moving on, last week was not as full as the week before, in terms of releases we saw songs from, Fireboy DML, Dremo,  DJ Kaywise, Jidenna, Tekno and Wizkid with another single, were among those hitting the airwaves and bursting our speakers.

We decided to make this week’s list a top 10 rather than our regular top 5 list. As a result, we have gathered the top 10 songs released in the week ending May 25, 2019.

10. Soti ft. Ycee – Ink

Soti Ink

Nigerian talented singer and songwriter, Soti has released another classic single dubbed, “Ink“.

The female singer featured Nigerian rapper, Ycee who spiced up the song with his vocals.

Finally, the song was produced by her regular collaborator, QaseBeatz.

9. Fireboy DML – King

YBNL Nation young star, Fireboy DML dropped this endlessly-playable single titled ‘King’.

On the new single the artist sing for his love interest urging her to treat him like a King.

Finally, the song was produced by Echo.

8. Dremo – Sigh

Davido Music Worldwide wordsmith, Dremo drops yet another impressive freestyle titled “Sigh“, while we await “Codename, Vol. 2”.

However, the new freestyle arrives after his Reekado Banks assisted record “Ringer”, produced by Dave Mix and co-produced by Lussh.

7. DJ Kaywise – Yes Or No ft. T Classic

Raving Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Kaywise comes through with a brand new banger titled ‘Yes Or No.’

The See Mary, See Jesus crooner teams up with talented singer, T Classic to deliver the mid-tempo song, produced by KrizBeatz.

Similarly, the SoundCity disc jockey has also dropped some mixtapes in the course of the year.

6. Jidenna – Zodi ft. Mr Eazi

Nigerian-born American artiste, Jidenna unleashed this dance-able song titled ‘Zodi’ featuring Nigerian singer and songwriter, Mr Eazi.

The new single serves as a track off his upcoming album titled ‘85 To Africa’, to drop 23rd August.

5. Tekno – Agege ft. Zlatan Ibile

Serial hit-maker, Tekno has released his massive street banger titled “Agege” featuring rave of the moment, Zlatan Ibile.

The Phantom-produced single brings out the best of Tekno and Zlatan as they combines effort to deliver a new banger this summer.

In addition to all this, the song is accompanied with the music video directed by TG Omori.

4. Kojo Funds – I Like ft. WizKid

Ghanaian British rapper and songwriter, Kojo Funds serves up another infectious single titled “I Like“.

The song ‘I Like’ features Nigerian sensational music star, Wizkid who blessed the tune with his amazing voice.

Additionally, Kojo Funds emerged amid a number of rap artists mixing Afro-swing, dancehall, and R&B in the late 2010s.

3. Nonso Amadi – Go Outside ft. Mr Eazi

Just before the EP, Nigerian storyteller and singer, Nonso Amadi puts out a new single dubbed “Go Outside“, featuring Mr Eazi.

Nonso Amadi’s forthcoming project, ‘Free’ EP houses 6-tracks with guest appearances from Mr Eazi and Simi.

2. Picazo Rhap – Pray For Me

Extraordinary Entertainer, Picazo makes a good comeback with a new single dubbed “Pray For Me”, produced by Stubborn.

Senior Boyz Records frontier, Picazo serves his debut single of the year, it arrives after his exit from Olamide’s led YBNL Nation a month ago.

Picazo pleads for his fans to pray for him notwithstanding the ups and down in his career lately.

1. Buju ft. Zlatan Ibile – Spiritual

Buju Spiritual

Nigerian Afro-Fusion sensation, Daniel Benson popularly known as Buju has released his highly anticipated single titled “Spiritual“.

Buju collaborates with rave of the moment, Zlatan Ibile on the new record ‘Spiritual’, produced by rising hit-maker, Steph.

In addition, Buju has been one of the talents uncovered in 2019, his previous tracks like, “Energy”, “Commander” and “Balance It” has had a good streaming numbers in the past months.
